Travel-Advisor Services
Luxury With Glen provides travel research, planning, guidance, and booking assistance. Travel arrangements may be booked through or fulfilled by third-party travel suppliers and affiliated travel-agency relationships. Luxury With Glen does not own, operate, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, or other travel suppliers.
Quotes, Availability, and Pricing
Travel prices, promotions, availability, schedules, room or cabin categories, taxes, fees, and supplier terms can change until a booking is confirmed. A quote is not a guarantee of price or availability unless and until the applicable supplier confirms the reservation and required payment is received.
Supplier Terms and Conditions
Bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and limitations imposed by each travel supplier. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting supplier terms that apply to your reservation.
Payments, Changes, and Cancellations
Deposits and final payments are governed by the applicable supplier’s rules. Changes or cancellations may result in penalties, nonrefundable amounts, fare differences, administrative charges, or loss of travel components. Refund timing and eligibility are determined primarily by the supplier involved.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Verify that names, dates, destinations, traveler details, and itinerary information are correct before ticketing or final confirmation.
- Maintain valid passports, visas, identification, entry permits, and other required travel documents.
- Review current destination-entry, health, vaccination, customs, and security requirements from authoritative government sources.
- Arrive on time for flights, cruises, tours, transfers, and other scheduled services.
- Inform us and applicable suppliers of accessibility needs, medical considerations, dietary requirements, or other material travel needs as early as possible.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended because unexpected events can affect travel plans. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claims are governed by the insurance provider’s policy. Luxury With Glen does not guarantee that any particular policy will cover a specific loss or event.
Third-Party Acts and Events
Luxury With Glen is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, weather events, strikes, government actions, illness, injury, baggage issues, supplier insolvency, force majeure events, or other matters caused by third parties or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when problems arise.
